SAP ERP Project Manager

Swan IT is searching for a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully managing SAP ERP Projects.

As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of SAP solutions, optimising business processes, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP modules across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate the successful delivery of SAP ERP projects.


• Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to the executive team on implementation methodology, project progress and business case ROI's.


• Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business cases.


• Develop and oversee detailed project plans.


• Identify, analyse and recommend business systems solutions to management having a broad business impact.


• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.


• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.


• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.


• Motivate the work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.


• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.


• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce or related fields will be beneficial to have.


• Project Management Qualification


• Being Registered with the Project Management body will be advantageous


• At least 4 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager for SAP ERP Projects.


• Experience and knowledge of SAP ERP Products is beneficial to have.


• Understand the use of SAP project methodologies and tools, such as SAP Activate - Agile Project Delivery, SAP Best Practices, etc.


• Willing to travel within South Africa, Africa or Globally if needed.


• Able to run Agile Epics, Sprints and facilitate Scrum teams.
