Our client in the medical industry is searching for a Clinical Statistics Manager to join them. This individual will be required to process quantitative and qualitative clinical data, design statistical and reporting solutions to measure clinical performance and suggest analytical approaches and methodologies to improve clinical outcomes and advises on clinical performance measurement strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse clinical data using statistical modelling and analysis techniques to enable Clinical Outcomes Measurement
- Liaise with clinical teams to collect, and document reporting requirements and create and manage interactive dashboard solutions.
- Leverage on clinical data to define and translate clinical requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
- Effectively communicate insights from data using narratives and creative data visualisation techniques
- Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- BSc Quantitative Management / Statistics / Biostatistics and /or Mathematics
- 5years relevant working experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be beneficial.
- Knowledge and programming skills in statistical software packages (e.g. R, Python, SAS)
- Exceptional presentation and data storytelling skills
- Applied data analytics within a healthcare environment.
