- Description
Our client in the beverage industry is looking for a SAP Support to join them permanently in Cape Town. The candidate will be responsible for basic specifications relevant for development, implementation and maintenance of Operational SAP Modules. Additionally, they will be responsible for 3rd line User Support and supporting shift related functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 3rd line user support by diagnosing and resolving application problems
- Perform application maintenance, configuration and documentation
- Analysis and understanding of existing customised application, configuration and development
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical projects related to relevant applications
- handover to Support and Training teams
- Quality assure and testing application, configuration and development
- Facilitate end-user training on ad hoc basis (supporting 2nd line support)
- Resolve identified and allocated risks
- Ensure compliance of policies, procedures and risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma
- At least 2 years solid relevant Operations SAP Module/Application experience including:
- Module Integration and non-SAP Integration essential
- API and Apigee knowledge advantageous
- S/4 HANA experience essential
