Our client holds a prominent position as the leading provider of cloud CRM and Contact Centre solutions. They are looking for a committed and talented Solution Specialist to join them and play a role in remaining technically proficient in product capability, designing solutions to customer requirements and co-ordinating all aspects of solution delivery with the relevant project resources following defined project procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and ensure that all stakeholders agree upon a clear Statement of Work.
- Ensure that you have complete understanding of the capabilities and applications of products in business solutions.
- Work with Account Managers and Support Services teams in key accounts as the design specialist, maintaining an in-depth understanding of customer configurations.
- Manage the relationships with the customer and associated stakeholders.
- Analyse complex processes and recommend solutions.
- Manage all projects and associated tasks in project management system and update, gather data and report on billing, status and other defined metrics.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation.
- Plan release cycles and align business on release plan and requirements.
- Take part in all stages of the project life cycle, including requirements review/analysis, risk assessment, test planning and execution, as well as project reporting.
- Practice cross-functional collaboration and communicate with internal resources and, where necessary, third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Identify and mitigate project and/or test risks by escalating/delegating issues to appropriate members of the project team.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience as solutions specialist / product owner / project manager / business analyst.
- Understanding or working experience in software development, CRM applications and web technologies will be beneficial.
- Any call or contact centre experience will be highly advantageous.
