Are you an AppSmart and Collect Smart Functional Consultant who is highly skilled and motivated? This might just be the position for you!
Our client in the retail space is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of AppSmart and CollectSmart software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to review and analyse their requirements, determine operational objectives and document the business requirement specifications.
- Scope the solution and translate the business requirements into detailed functional specifications indicating software development and configuration requirements, inclusive of workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate and conduct walk through of the requirement specification with the customer and development team.
- Configure and/or perform a comprehensive quality assessment of the solution.
- Provide input into effort estimates and test scenarios for QA testing.
- Provide day-to-day functional support
Requirements:
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL
- 7-10 years experience in IT
- Previous experience or familiarity with the credit industry highly beneficial
- Proficiency in software applications such as Google Suite, Jira and SAP Solution Manager
