Description

Calling all Desktop Support Specialists!


 We have an urgent position for a Desktop Support Specialist that isavailable immediatelyfor a 3 month contract based near Milnerton, Cape Town.



  • Based near Milnerton

  • Must have own reliable transport

  • Must be available Immediately


 Responsibilities



  • Provide network and tech support

  • Setup of hardware/software as per group standards - Training facilities as well as ad-hoc

  • Support of the training facilities as needed during pre and post go-live activities

  • Work closely with infrastructure outsource vendors and project teams on any issues/requirements pre and at go-live points at 3x cape town sites


 Qualifications



  • Must have Previous Desktop Support experience

  • Ms Windows Desktop platform as well as Azure cloud capabilities like AutoPilot etc.
