Are you a Process Improvement Engineer looking for your next position? Look no further!
Our client in the medical industry is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to join them near Stellenbosch.
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining prioritised process improvement projects, management information frameworks, and company-wide processes for business mapping.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern process improvement projects and initiatives
- Develop and monitor management information frameworks
- Determine and track project benefits
- Ensure business process mapping governance
- To manage stakeholder relations
- To lead and manage the people in the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of relevant business process engineering/business analysis experience
- Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) highly beneficial to have
- Hospital or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required
- Proven record providing process improvement solutions on multiple projects.
- Business Analysis/ Root Cause Analysis Experience.
- Advanced Excel Skills non-negotiable
