Business Analyst: POS/ Digital

Swan iT is searching for a Business Analyst: POS/ Digital for a full-time onsite position that will be based in Cape Town.

This position will service eCommerce with continued future evolution development of current capabilities, as well as support the Marketing and Point of sale teams with ongoing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Business requirements development


• Process flow and use case development


• Inform design process and ensure design meets the business goals and objectives


• Define and maintain test acceptance criteria and test case development


• Write effective test cases based on business requirements, use cases and design


• Test execution to ensure we launch and maintain a quality digital product including User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing and Regression Testing.


• Assist in defect tracking, defect triage and issue resolution


• Inform others of issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or scope of the project


• Develop and maintain support and launch documentation


• Provide website support

Requirements:

• A National Diploma in any of the following Information Technology, Computer Science, System Design, Management Science, Business studies, Information Systems, Business Analyst


• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience with hands-on experience with eCommerce Systems


• 2-5 years’ experience in Apparel Retail (Business area specific / Systems)


• Exposure to Setup, Management and Execution of testing


• Working knowledge of eCommerce Payment Gateways, eCommerce Website Platform tools (Magento is preferable).


• Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Power Platform toolset (Powerapps, Powerautomate, Power BI, Dataverse)
