Swan iT is on the searching for a SAP Successfactors Data Engineer (SAP BW Focus) for a permanent position in Cape Town.
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience extracting, reading, and interpreting SuccessFactors data via APIs
- Handling LMS data file dumps via SFTP
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Integration Center
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and SAP OData API calls
- Solid understanding of SAP BW (essential for HR data models)
- Working experience with AWS tools: Glue (ETL), Lambda (processing), Postgres (data modeling)
- Power BI for reporting and data insights
Qualifications:
- Degree in BCom, BTech (IT/Data Analysis) or equivalent
- SAP BW certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and model HR data from SuccessFactors and other people systems
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and functional consultants
- Publish cleaned and structured data to Postgres
