Swan IT is searching for a Business Analyst for a financial client near Cape Town. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
- Translating business needs into functional documentation.
- Documenting procedures and workflows.
- Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
- Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
- Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
- Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- 3-5 years of similar business analysis experience;
- Strong understanding of the payments environment
- Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio;
