We are on the hunt for a Change Manager to join our client in Johannesburg for a 6month contract. This candidate will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The successful candidate will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The candidate will need to formulate a strategy, apply a structured change management methodology and develop change management tactical plans as needed. Furthermore, they will be required to provide coaching when needed as well as provide change management reporting. Post implementation support will also be required.
Requirements for the position:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8-11 years of change management experience
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
- A change management certification is advantageous
