This role requires someone with IT Project management experience, specifically on software development projects using the agile methodology.
The successful candidate will need to ensure client objectives are met, deliverables are delivered to both time and cost targets, as well as to the appropriate quality standards. Additionally, they need to develop the project execution plan, implement change control procedures, advise on project finances, and manage the flow of project information between the client and the team. The candidate will be required to run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals alongside policing channels for submission of development work requests.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- 3 years of Intermediate Project Manager experience
- Proven experience facilitating projects across multiple divisions in an organization, and have been responsible for the implementation of projects.
- Prince 2 or PMBOK experience will be beneficial
- Agile/Kanban/Scrum experience
- Financial services industry experience
